Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/ B.Tech – Computers/ Electronics Engineering.

Job Description:

• Deliver technical support and conduct online demos and customer training
• Perform requirement gathering and analysis
• Respond to RFI requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts
• Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers and provide POC to leads

Job Requirements:

• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in offering phone-based support to US and UK customers
• Have an experience of 6 months or more in client-facing roles
• Need to be open to relocation and working night shifts
• Interested in learning new technologies
