Job Description:

• Handling inbound and outbound Technical service calls relating to R&D
• Handling product enquiry and customer service calls
• Basic knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT products
• Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products.
• Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Good written and verbal communication.
