Job Description:
- Handling inbound and outbound Technical service calls relating to R&D
- Handling product enquiry and customer service calls
- Basic knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT products
- Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products.
- Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Good written and verbal communication.
