Job Description:
- Understand factory automation technology and equipment.
- Be aware of all aspects of assigned projects.
- Is responsible for the activities and for delivering the project on time.
- Knowledge or procurement of consumable and project Related items
- Good knowledge about the concept of Component Holding -Fixtures & Pneumatic circuit application.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and layout.
- Be familiar with all applicable electrical codes associated with the design of the equipment.
- Evaluate existing systems and equipment, and recommend design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.
- Floating inquiries in market and getting competitive lowest price studying various offers.
- Cost reduction by exploiting fare competition between vendors.
- Document design reviews and meetings held with the customer.
- Assist in assuring that customer commitments are met.
- Supervise installation team and assist in the installation of jobs for field installations.
- Awareness and control of project cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on time delivery of the project within budget.
