Experience: 1 – 4 years

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

Understand factory automation technology and equipment.
Be aware of all aspects of assigned projects.
Is responsible for the activities and for delivering the project on time.
Knowledge or procurement of consumable and project Related items
Good knowledge about the concept of Component Holding -Fixtures & Pneumatic circuit application.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and layout.
Be familiar with all applicable electrical codes associated with the design of the equipment.
Evaluate existing systems and equipment, and recommend design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.
Floating inquiries in market and getting competitive lowest price studying various offers.
Cost reduction by exploiting fare competition between vendors.
Document design reviews and meetings held with the customer.
Assist in assuring that customer commitments are met.
Supervise installation team and assist in the installation of jobs for field installations.
Awareness and control of project cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on time delivery of the project within budget.
