Job Description:
- Work closely with all categories of online sales team to fetch, present and analyze the sales data, traffic etc
- Work closely with online portals to ensure the business hygiene i.e. listing, creative refresh etc.
- All kind of Forecast(sell-in, sell-out) due to jump in sales in events, seasonal changes.
- Measure risk of inventory vs opportunity loss and plan replenishment/OOS situation strategies.
- Historical analysis: Analyse business performance of products, monitor sales, inventory, revenue & profitability Ensure timely & proactive communication with key stakeholders & serve as subject matter expert for all employees Communication of results to key stakeholders Customer analytics
- Analyse and drive improvements through insights gained from portals report Ad-hoc analytics
- Improve efficiency, track performance metrics like revenue per visitor, bounce rate, reject rate Work to present different kind of reports for all online sales categories.
- Skills Strong analytical skills Background in forecasting Strong Excel & PowerBI capabilities Prefer people from analytics background Experience in E-commerce is a plus Experience in Marketing is a plus
