Job Description:-
- Helping customers solve technical issues with computers, peripherals, and IoT/Smart Home/Connected Home devices
- Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of our Products
- Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation
- Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving
- Excellent spoken and Good written communication skills
- Typing Skills: 30 WPM 90% accuracy Advanced understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals
- Experience repairing operating systems, software, and networking with Microsoft, Apple OS X, iOS, and Android, etc (including virus and malware removal)
