Job Description:-
- Must have min 1 year of experience in production support and preferably working in 24*7 shift
- Must have basic incident management experience and able to triage issues during critical incidents
- Good to have SQL writing skills and basic RDBMS experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ready to provide support on call and work over weekends occasionally to meet deadlines
