Responsibilities:
- To monitor the activities of Lines in the floor.
- To maintain discipline in the floor.
- To maintain 5S.
- To achieve production as per standard / requirement.
- To report the Industrial Engineering Head regarding the events that took place in the floor.
Authorities:
- To allot / change the tasks of Operators as per the skill requirement.
- To grant leave / permission for the Operators in the floor.
- To stop the production activity and inform the concerned person in case of any deviations found in the quality.
