Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for production management, managing team size of 150 in a shift, Safety awareness & fire fighting
- 5 S Lean Manufacturing
- ISO Awareness
- Team Building & Lead effectively.
- Willing to work in Shift timings
- Close coordination with stores and Inventory management based on the guidelines
- Collaborating with PPC, Procurement, QA for smooth operations and meet delivery commitments
- Hands on experience in MRP/ERP software for production planning.
- BE Mech with experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Chiller Manufacturing sector
