Job Description:
- Projects (a) To carry out MEP project execution work as per approved drawings, approved methodology ensuring Quality standards and safety requirements (b) To supervise Sub- Contract workmen at Site.
- Responsible for AMC execution by timely delivery of preventive services as per schedule in respective allocated area / group of customers.
- BD & Estimation (a) Updating of pre-qualifications documents at regular intervals. (b) Networking with suppliers and other partners to get the market information and best offers at the time of preparation of tender. (c) Coordinates preparation of estimates and proposals in hard bid, negotiated and design-build environments.
