Job Description:

Co-ordination with AMC Customers for AMC Renewal.
Co-ordination with Guarantee Customers for Guarantee Conversion.
Co-ordination with SSP for AMC Renewal & Guarantee Conversion.
Co-ordination with Customers, Vendors, Contractors, SSPs to execute AMC Contracts as per Service Schedule and adherence to Response & Resolution Matrix.
Responsible for timely invoicing.
Responsible for collection of payment and liquidation of outstanding payment.
Responsible for savings through cost reduction.
Responsible for Safety and Statutory Compliance.
Good Communication & Man Power Handling Skills and thorough technical knowledge of HVAC System with Trouble Shooting
