Job Description:
- Co-ordination with AMC Customers for AMC Renewal.
- Co-ordination with Guarantee Customers for Guarantee Conversion.
- Co-ordination with SSP for AMC Renewal & Guarantee Conversion.
- Co-ordination with Customers, Vendors, Contractors, SSPs to execute AMC Contracts as per Service Schedule and adherence to Response & Resolution Matrix.
- Responsible for timely invoicing.
- Responsible for collection of payment and liquidation of outstanding payment.
- Responsible for savings through cost reduction.
- Responsible for Safety and Statutory Compliance.
- Good Communication & Man Power Handling Skills and thorough technical knowledge of HVAC System with Trouble Shooting
