Job Description:
– Maintaining HRIS for Pune Cluster
– Calculating and analysing employee attrition rate
– Employee Salary processing
– Maintaining employee attendance input
– Co-ordinating and arranging interview as per the requirement.
– Arrange induction training
– Maintaining Incentive and Daily allowance for employee.
– Handling employee query
– Working as a supportive hand for Regional HR
Fresher with good knowledge are welcome
