Job Description:
- Assisting in the work process for the Entire HR Department.
- Looking after the Leaves and Attendances of the Employees.
- Track all applications and follow ups.
- Entering data about new hires to HRIS and prints all documentation for the employee and the personnel files
- Communicating with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees
- Taking the specialty in a specific area of the HR Administration
- Supporting HR Projects and Initiatives
- Running basic and standardized HR Reports
- Communicating with the state authorities
- Other Generalist Activities.
- Should have Strong Administration Skills
- Should be able to work under the pressure and tough deadlines
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be Computer Literate
- Fresher with good knowledge are welcome
