Salary: INR 175,000 – 3,50,000 PA

Job Description:

Assisting in the work process for the Entire HR Department.
Looking after the Leaves and Attendances of the Employees.
Track all applications and follow ups.
Entering data about new hires to HRIS and prints all documentation for the employee and the personnel files
Communicating with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees
Taking the specialty in a specific area of the HR Administration
Supporting HR Projects and Initiatives
Running basic and standardized HR Reports
Communicating with the state authorities
Other Generalist Activities.
Should have Strong Administration Skills
Should be able to work under the pressure and tough deadlines
Should have Excellent Communication Skills
Should be Computer Literate
Fresher with good knowledge are welcome
