Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Designing and drawing of the tools for NPI and Production support/Ramp-up from the developed concepts as per the guidelines from Tech leads.
- Responsible to ensure Tooling / Equipment readiness for NPI Prototyping, preparing smooth transition plan for Technology transfer projects, Installation supports and to fulfill the Production plans of Global factories.
- Responsible for preparation of technical documentations including Tooling Requirement specifications, Tooling Verification/Test plans, User Instructions, CE Certifications, Risk assessments as guided by Tech. leads.
- Responsible to ensure tools/equipment for flawless production, providing technical solutions to daily production tooling issues, ECM tasks handling with guidance from Tech. leads.
