Responsibilities:

Responsible for Designing and drawing of the tools for NPI and Production support/Ramp-up from the developed concepts as per the guidelines from Tech leads.
Responsible to ensure Tooling / Equipment readiness for NPI Prototyping, preparing smooth transition plan for Technology transfer projects, Installation supports and to fulfill the Production plans of Global factories.
Responsible for preparation of technical documentations including Tooling Requirement specifications, Tooling Verification/Test plans, User Instructions, CE Certifications, Risk assessments as guided by Tech. leads.
Responsible to ensure tools/equipment for flawless production, providing technical solutions to daily production tooling issues, ECM tasks handling with guidance from Tech. leads.
