- Prepare detailed production plan for the fiber reinforced plastic in inspection and quality requirements.
- Distribute daily plan to the workers and ensure targets are met.
- Ensure productivity and quality of work.
- Minimize the wastage.

- Guide workers to get maximum output.
- Ensure all safety requirements are adhered and Maintain shop floor discipline and punctuality.
