Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production Engineering.

Job Description:

Responsible for Development of parts in Die casting, Plastic, 3D Printing, Block Machining through PROTO
methods/Soft tooling methods.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete Part development responsibilities through PROTO/Soft Tooling method.
Good exposure to Tooling development
Casting/Plastic by organising from DFM meeting, Tool manufacturing follow-up against timeline, Trial participation in supplier end, Quality proving report preparation, Correction proposal to supplier(after evaluating CMM report,3D Scanning report) to meet the drawing specifications.
Knowledge in Tooling cost workout & Part Cost work out (Zero Based Costing) & Should have the
competency to challenge the supplier for the quote received.
Need to work in versatile working environment (Supplier end & Office location) with frequent travels (with in India) for the project needs.
