Job Description:
We are looking for a Sub system Design Engineer – Electrical
- Design and develop Charging, cranking, control switches and wiring harness, sensors, actuators & other electro-mechanical components for 2 Wheelers on various development stages
- Preparation of System requirement specification and deployment of requirement to various subsystem
- Knowledge and basic experience on vehicle network data analysis (CAN, LIN) and debugging of vehicle
- Prepare and manage D&D plan in line with product development plan
- Review and participation on vehicle packaging of EE Components
- Participate and conduct assembly and serviceability study of vehicle EE components
- Prepare and conduct DFMEA for EE subystems of 2W Automobiles
- Review and participate on DFMEA propreietary part DFMEA, Process capability and design reviews
- Participation and support interface stake holders on assembly processes
- Perform test simulations, failure analysis for charging, cranking, control switches, wiring harness and other electro-mechanical parts
- Usage of PLM tools for managing D&D activities as per QSP
- Interact with vendors and stake holders for part development, validation and proving
