BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile Engineering
Job Description:
- Design development of Chassis – sheet metal (BIW) meeting the product requirements physical compatibility with related sub systems, ensuring Quality, cost and delivery targets
Job Duties:
- Prepare design input sheet.
- Conduct benchmark study
- Generate concepts CAD layout. Verify CAD model against design guidelines. Optimise design to cost weight targets.
- Check for patent infringement (FTO) provide IDF.
- Carry out FEA analysis on the parts with understanding of boundary and loading condition
- Identify regulatory requirements support type approval tests at approval agencies.
- Update maintain design documents like Design manual, Design guidelines, TSES
- Apply engineering principles and practices and use advanced engineering techniques.
- Modify and extend theories, concepts and practices for new requirement and problem solving
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent.
- Atleast 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Middle Level/Management.
