Job Description:
- Immediate Opening for Service Engineer/ Mobile Service Engineer* (*Service Engineer/ Mobile Service Engineer will provide prompt and accurate technical support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction).
- Candidate should be Well versed on trouble shooting on mobile phones.
- Knowledge in Hardware Assembling, Installation of latest Software, Operating Systems. Knowledge on Networking, repair & Trouble shooting etc.
- Circuit fault tracing and analyzing (component level)
- Software and firmware up gradation of products.
- Defective part handover to senior dispatch executive with defective tag
- Prepare and maintain customer service report.
- Achieve the daily target of 15 repaired phones.
- Candidates with experience in repairing of electronic products such as Mobile,Tab, Motherboard, etc at chip level or L4 level are preferred.
- Manageable Communication & Professional Look
- Preference for Candidates who had completed Courses on Mobile Services.
