Experience: Fresher or with 2 to 3 years experience. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Job Description: JOB RESPONSIBILITY/ EXPECTED:
Training Preparation:
Prepare annual training calendar
Prepare monthly calendar and communicate to all stakeholders
Seeking nomination to the training programs
Organizing training program
Prepare schedule, invite and follow-up with trainers .
Content Development:
Develop new content/slides
Write new case studies
Design new training program
Training Delivery:
Take sessions to all age groups and levels
Good facilitation/presentation skills
Training Effectiveness Check :
Follow-up report-out or effectiveness check
Make individual follow-up of Team Members.
New Trainers Development:
Identify/map prospective trainers
Discuss with HoD and Cross Functional HoDs
Make proposal and finalize
Coordinate with TMAP and TMC for trainer development
Communication:
Communicate in English and Kannada fluently company-wide
Command over English and Kannada (oral and written)
TII Obheya Management
Organizing:
Organizing Induction Training
Organize Toyota Institute Indias Task Force Committee meetings
Organize Human Development Meetings
Organize Training Champions Meet .
