Job Description:
A Management Trainee in our dictionary is a fresh graduate with (BE Printing / Production technology) or MBA (Operations / Production / General Management or other specialization but has a great interest to get into Operations)
He / she would be inducted in various processes of publishing / typesetting operations and would be deployed in a suitable role that would fit the interest & understanding of the individuals and the organization
The roles may include any or all of the below and not restricted to:
- Data collation, validation and presentation
- Customer handling and interaction (through calls / mails)
- Team / process handling
- Scheduling (assigning jobs), monitoring, tracking and delivering files as per the TAT
- Be a part of the organizational initiatives like (Lean / Six Sigma / BCM etc…)
Should be working close with the managers / heads directly or indirectly to ensure the deliverables / quality is met as per the standards and customer expectations
This role, most importantly requires patience, perseverance and commitment because MTs in TNQ are seen and groomed as the future leaders
Desired Profile:
– Smart and Enthusiastic graduates / postgraduates with (BE Printing / Production technology) or MBA (Operations / Production / General Management or other specialization but has a great interest to get into Operations)
– Excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills are essential
– Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is highly preferred
– Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast paced environment
– Desire to achieve results, attention to details and willingness to face challenges with the positive attitude.
