Job Description:
Responsible for all Upstream activities such as Diamond bagging and assortment, waxing, wax setting, casting, mould making, Sprue Grinding, Kitmarshal etc.
Developing new process concepts for production optimisation & improvement.
Job Profile:
– Preparing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities.
– Implemented best manufacturing practices to achieve quality at the lowest possible cost & time.
– Monitoring the productivity and product quality as per the norms set.
– Involved in the comparison & improvement on Productivity, Quality, Cost and Safety parameters, man-hours utilised.
– Ensuring complete in process quality control & continuous improvement in process capabilities.
– Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measure to avoid the same.
