Job Description:
Assembly Support Planning /implementing/Piloting/Decision making/Reviewing design activities to improve productivity & quality of assembly & process study.
- Productivity Improvement of assembly lines from current state
- Knowledge to handle the design software for new designing analyzing the drawings for critical dimensions & also to modify the same if any issues in design
- Knowledge to handle & give decision on new development for improvising production & quality
- Knowledge to handle & give decision on quality front of product based on the standards of TITAN, analyze data, and form CAPA for the problem.
- Qualified to suggest any design changes required based on the drawings & practical problems noticed in assembly.
- Person should be able to do assembly & assembly, di-assembly watch, also should be able to attend any technical issues regarding product, tools & fixtures
- Self needs to know to handle the measuring instruments & to know the technical details like least count etc.
- The technical person needs to be enlightened with system works like SAP, MIS reports of assembly, & sending the detailed report of the pilot assembly with complete details & images.
Skill Set Required:
- Technically able to take decisions for process & product related issues and to improvise.
- Candidate scoring should be above 60% in Graduation/Higher secondary without any backlogs in the Graduation.
- Candidates should have maximum 1 year of experience in the Industry.
