Job Description:
- Responsible for development of control cabinets, interface boxes, cables, COPs LOPs etc
- Design EMDs according to component specs, component design including integration of electronic devices
- Usage of 2D & 3D development tools
- Responsible for reliability, code compatibility & cost effective design
- Work out interface definitions of components like drive, motor, door, hoistway components etc.
- Release of drawings & BOMs of all EMD components
- Check & release design / documents of external development partners
- Continuous improvement based on field feedback
- Design master schematic for entire elevator system using component/architecture specs
- Check master schematic w.r.t. layout & wiring
