- College Graduate who is good in technical support, Development, engineering, IT, project management or consulting.
- Ready to work customer-facing environment.
- Good in Java application support and development.
- Eager to learn and create knowledge in database applications (Oracle).

- Experience working with geographically distributed team.

You will be working directly with our customers’ technical operations teams in defining issues, resolving them, or leading a cross-functional team to drive resolutions.
- Work as a technical resource on engineering bridges on complex issues.
- Define, coordinate, and prioritise customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements.
