Job Description:
- Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata Tiscon from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise; ensure achievement of same.
- Track dealer perfomance and take required action to improve non performing dealers.
- Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior.
- Drive exclusivity of dealers as applicable.
- Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfillment periodically.

2) Position: Business Manager – Sales

Job Objective :
To ensure effective functioning of the Tata Tiscon Sales function in alignment with business plans. To support in implementation of key interventions & initiates as planned.
Job Description:
- Understand the Annual Business Plan, Quarterly/Monthly Sales plans from superior and cascade it geography-wise plans.
- Provide guidance to subordinates/ ASO’s to ensure understanding of the plans, and further cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans.
- Prepare Personal Journey Plans(PJPs) for self (7-10 days) and ASO’s (15-20 days) and ensure adherence to the same.
- Guide subordinates/ ASOs in developing & maintaining a sales funnel through effective forecasting.
