The Sales Trainee / Graduate Engineering Trainee (Technical Sales) will support sales operations, dealer engagement, and field-level activities to strengthen market presence. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn sales execution, dealer management, and business development through structured on-the-job training.
Role & responsibilities:
- Support sales officers in day-to-day field and dealer activities
- Assist in dealer coordination and customer interactions
- Learn product applications and basic technical sales concepts
- Support field promotions, product demos, and branding activities
- Track basic sales data and prepare reports under guidance
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning initiatives
