Eligibility Criteria For TechM Supercoders Hiring Challenge 2024:
- BE/ B.Tech – Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT/ E&C/ E&TC/ Telecom/ Communication/ Electronics or MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science only)
- Candidates who graduated in 2022 or 2023 with no backlogs and possess a consolidated mark sheet or provisional degree certificate
- Candidates should have scored min. of 70% (without rounding-up) in 10th 12th/ Diploma (if any) and BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. (Computer Science)
- No loss of an academic year after joining a course, post completing 10th std.
- Candidates with PC or consolidated mark sheet will be given preference for evaluation
Note: Rounding marks to 70% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.
Job Description:
As an associate software engineer, you will be working in a team and on diverse projects. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical, logical, problem solving and technical skills. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with the clients. You must be flexible enough and ready to work in an agile environment including shifts.

Selection Process for TechM Supercoders Hiring Challenge 2024:
TechM Supercoders Selection Process:
The Supercoder Hiring Challenge consists of the following rounds:
Round 1: Candidates will take a 30-minute challenge comprising of 30 questions covering Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English and Grammar.
Round 2: Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will undergo an advanced aptitude and coding round.
Round 3: Candidates shortlisted from Round 2 will go for face-to-face Technical and HR interviews at TechM offices
On selection,
- Candidates will be on probation for 3 months
- Candidates who clear the regular selection process will be eligible for a CT of INR 3.25 LPA
- Candidates who clear the Supercoder selection process will be eligible for a CT of INR 5.5 LPA
- Candidates are required to sign an indemnity bond for INR IL for a mandatory service period of 2 years from
the date of joining the company

Instructions for Round 1:
Test Structure:
The test consists of three sections: Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability.
Each section contains 10 multiple-choice questions.
You are required to attempt all questions within the allocated time frame of 30 minutes.
Time Allocation:
It is recommended to spend approximately 10 minutes on each section.
Please manage your time wisely to ensure you have sufficient time to complete all sections.
Test Duration:
The total duration of the test is 30 minutes.
The timer will start as soon as you begin the test and will not pause or reset.
