Positions: R&D/ Product Development Engineer
Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 – 5 Years of experience of Product design & development in Aerospace, Automotive or Industrial domain Industries.
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering with good Analytical and Conceptual Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Design and Development of New Relays, contactors and other Electro-Mechanical Products.
- Understand the Mechanical and Electrical requirements of a product and ensure that the design meets the functional requirement.
- Working with Global engineering team on NPD/VAVE programs for Relays & contactors
- Co-ordination with Local cross functional team & local suppliers for component development.
- Perform testing & qualification for the new product development.
- Responsible to support Plant on Engineering Changes activities through ECR/ECO process
- DFM & DFA consideration during design of the component & subsystem.
- Work with manufacturing Team to identify & drive the VAVE, Process improvement projects to achieve the target cost savings.
- Self Drive for result & complete the project within Project schedule.
- Produce detailed Engineering Drawings as per drawing standard and Specifications.
