Job Description:
- Proven experience as ahelp desk technician.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH Only.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- 1-5 years experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
- Good troubleshooting skills
