Job Description:

Creates a role model for safety and implement them to ensure zero harm.
Adherence to companys HSE Policy.
Machine loading and capacity planning.
FIFO implementation for raw material consumption.
BOM & Routing creation for new materials.
Order scheduling and monitoring according to customer priorities.
To decide requirements of outsourcing of products. To co-ordinate with procurement for fulfilment of outsourcing requirements.
Participation in improvement initiatives.
Effective communication with subordinate and other supporting departments.
Inventory management.
Monitoring of consumables stock & Consumption.
Preparing the system in accordance with ISO 9000, EMS, and other requirements and presenting it to the auditors as per requirement.
Performing other tasks as per the line requirement as and when it comes.
