Job Description:
- Creates a role model for safety and implement them to ensure zero harm.
- Adherence to companys HSE Policy.
- Machine loading and capacity planning.
- FIFO implementation for raw material consumption.
- BOM & Routing creation for new materials.
- Order scheduling and monitoring according to customer priorities.
- To decide requirements of outsourcing of products. To co-ordinate with procurement for fulfilment of outsourcing requirements.
- Participation in improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication with subordinate and other supporting departments.
- Inventory management.
- Monitoring of consumables stock & Consumption.
- Preparing the system in accordance with ISO 9000, EMS, and other requirements and presenting it to the auditors as per requirement.
- Performing other tasks as per the line requirement as and when it comes.
