Education for Tata Steel Recruitment 2022:
- Full Time BE/ B.Tech Degree in Engineering in Mining from AICTE recognized college.
- Second Class Mines Manager certificate of competency (Coal) from Coal Mines.
Job Description:
Handling all the production activity along with safety measure to ensure production from a section of underground colliery.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure production of raw coal & Excavation of OB from specified section in respective shifts. Ensure adherence to all applicable Safety standards / procedures by sub-ordinates / contract employees. Ensure compliance of The Mines Act, C.M.R. Mines rules, statutory permissions, other statutory rules and regulations Plan and implement measures to ensure compliance to KPI relating to productivity and quality as per ABP Drive improvement related initiatives within the department Comply to all the needs for any project related activities undertaken by the department. Maintain all data related to statutes, production, productivity and other activities falling under your purview.
Competencies:
Knowledge of Face operations, drilling, blasting, dump & slop stability. Safety hazards and mitigation measures in opencast working. Thorough understanding of Mines Act, CMR and related acts. Understanding of surveying Working knowledge of improvement framework in TSL. Working knowledge of MS Office, etc.
