Eligibility Criteria for Tata Motors Off Campus Drive 2024:
MIS Coordinator:
- The candidate must possess a B.Sc, B.Com, or Any Degree
- Batch: 2021/ 2022/ 2023
FTC Zonal Coordinator:
- Graduate with computer proficiency
- Batch: 2021/ 2022/ 2023
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills and mail writing
- Local language (preferred)
- Experience in complaint management and MIS generation
Job Description:
MIS Coordinator:
- PPL-wise Growth / De-growth Analysis
- Dealer offtake/Booking/ retail comparative analysis compares to Last year and month’s data.
- Stock matching with Live YF report
- Manpower Productivity report analysis slab-wise
- ANUBHAV Mobile Van tracking report.
- Making Sales dashboard
- YF tracker Analysis
- BTL & ATL Activity tracking
FTC Zonal Coordinator:
- Generating daily reports for open complaints
- Monitoring complaint status and ensuring closer of the complaints within TAT
- Sharing region-wise CPTV and TAT performance
- Compiling and Sharing region information asked by SHQ
- Region-wise MIS preparation
- Generating workshop-wise performance reports for key parameters like( JC, EW, and updation)
