- Experience in broadcast/video delivery domain
- Development/integration experience with video backend servers (cableTV/OTT/IPTV)
- Experience working with CiscoNDS, SeaChange, Ericsson or Similar video back end server solutions
- Good analytical &debugging skills
- Leadership skills – Self driven and result oriented with Good communication skills
