Job Description:

Engineering graduate with 0 to 1 years of experience.
Well versed with ITIL processes around Incident, Problem & Change Management.
Understanding of Change management process and basics of networking.
Managing day to day performance of Change management Operations and manage the SLAs across the projects.
Reviewing current processes and procedures to ensure updates are instigated as appropriate.
Impact analysis to be done for all network-related changes.
Knowledge to evaluate the change impact and organization readiness to limit potential risks.
Ensure the processes are followed.
Knowledge in BMC HELIX IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT tool.
Identify and manage change implementation schedule conflicts.
Proactively identify issues and risks.
Sending weekly status report to portfolio owners.
