B.Tech/ B.E. in Electronics/ Telecommunication, Computers, Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and tracking of Project quality goals and Quality assurance measures.
- Ensuring ASPICE process compliance within the project.
- Ensuring Agreed process tailoring adherence in the project, if defined in the Project Plan. Independent reporting on quality assurance issues to the Quality Management and SW PMs.
- Working closely with the project in every aspect wrt to process adherence and arrive on PHI of the project.
- Initiation of corrective actions in case of process deviations (incl. escalation to management if necessary).
- Support and coaching of the project team regarding all quality issues and processes (incl. support during customer audits and assessments).
- Ensuring ASPICE findings closure on time and educating team on its importance. .
- Worked in SAFe Agile projects.
