Eligibility Criteria for Tata Autocomp Systems Recruitment 2022:
- Should be BE(Mech)/ ME/M.Tech (Design/Thermal) , with an experience in heat exchanger design.
- Should have experience in managing design activities with thorough knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, design standards, manufacturing practices in the area of of Heat exchangers.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
Pioneer in Aluminum Heat Exchanger in India and proudly associated with the cooling system for many of the successful model on the road. Our organization provides products and services to the Indian and Global automotive OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers.
We have an excellent opportunity for Assistant Manager (Design Engineer) in our Engineering Department who will be working with our highly skilled and technologically advance engineering team. The team of trained engineers in our organization has designed and developed over 300 different heat exchangers in the last 20 years and are under supply now.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interaction with customer to understand the needs and providing the product design proposals with OTD & FTR of 100%
- Managing the design activities with design team (viz design checking , CAE, Design Reviews, DFMEA, DVPR, Drawing releases) with accuracy level of 100%
- Interactions with the customers / suppliers / manufacturing / QA to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action.
- Work for Continuous development for product impartments by reduction in warranty / cost reduction proposals etc.
Skills:
- Experience in Design & Development for Condenser, Heater Core, & HVAC Systems.
- Knowledge PML/CAD/CAE/Drawings using Pro-E, UG & Auto CAD
- Knowledge of standard industry practice like IATF/DFMEA/APQP
