Graduate: 1.8 Lakh PA
Diploma: 1.44 Lakh PA
Job Location: Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate Trainee Engineer: 10th / 12th/ Diploma/ BE (Electrical) (aggregate)- 60%
- Diploma Trainee Engineer: 10th and Diploma (Electrical) – 60%
- 2016/2017 Batch (Already Passed Out)
Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:
DTE – Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
- 1.44 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon.
Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy) - 6 Weeks training program (Classroom + OJT)
GTE – Graduate Trainee Engineer (M3 level)
- 1.8 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon.
Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy) - 6 Weeks training program (Classroom + OJT)
Selection process:
- Academic criteria screening – First Class (60% ) throughout (10th, 12th, Diploma aggregate, Degree aggregate %)
- Domain specific Technical test in alignment with Business teams – Engineering domain specific tests (Electrical)
- Domain specific Technical Interview & HR interview – OMS panellist (Electrical), GLD, Talent Acquisition panellist
- Pre employment medical test
- TCT – Tower Climbing Test
- Offer of Employment
