Job Description:
- DET (Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, CIPET, Msc in Polymer Science & Msc in Organic Chemistry) is the entry level position for supervisory cadre, they will be undergoing a rigorous training at Plant for 1 Year.
- There will be a bond for 2 Years
- After successful completion of training the DETs will be deployed in different departments like Production and Quality depending upon their qualifications and performance.
- These trainees will be provided with an opportunity for further enhancement of educational qualification based on performance and under company policies.
