Job Description:
S&P Global Market Intelligence currently has a position opening for a Software Developer. This position supports the development and launch of several in house Applications.
The Software Developer will work collaboratively within an agile team comprised of: Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance and Business System Analyst to lead the following efforts:
- Design, deploy and maintain Enterprise Web Applications;
- Work to develop and maintain data standards: processing, documentation and metadata.
Skills:
- Microsoft Based Technologies: operating systems and platforms (C# .NET), application servers (IIS), and architecture. Visual Studio
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project manager.
- Web application development abilities
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Excellent understanding of OO concepts
