BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering

Job Description:

Design and prepare detailed drawings of hydraulics related parts through UG NX.
To acquire knowledge of regulations, cost, quality (durability / reliability), emerging trends in technology.
Study of benchmark and competition products and finalize target specs for new products.
Knowledge of drawing release through PDM and TCE.
Product BOM preparation and control.
Knowledge of DFMEA, DFS, DFA.
Involve in part development to achieve schedule adherence.
Prepare standard & design guidelines for hydraulics aggregate.
Should have capability to Co-ordinate with other functions.
To design and prepare detailed drawings of hydraulics related parts through UG NX. in 2D & 3D format.
Knowledge of drawing of basic hydraulics is mandatory

Requirements:-

Ability to integrate various hydraulics components using design concepts to create various sub assembly and assembly drawings.
Build the proto assemblies of new designs in hydraulics.
Knowledge of the design and testing standards preferred.
Knowledge of basic hydraulics is preferred.
Knowledge of Hydraulics Control Valve and its Circuit is preferred.
Understand DVP / participate in testing trials.
Should know Hindi language to handle the field issues.
Occasional travel to manufacturing plants, vendors, testing sites and customer visits
Knowledge of design & development of hydraulics Control valve and its component.
Knowledge of manufacturing process for Hydraulic components
Hydraulic circuit design.
CAD-2D/3D/Assembly using UG NX
Tolerance analysis(GDNT),
