Job Description:

Ensure that Operation teams execute the process in line with organization’s policies and procedures. Perform quality checks to identify process gaps and enhancements, thus propose trainings. Co-ordinate with partners/stakeholders to bridge gaps and mitigate risks. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify solutions for quality enhancement. Prepare test reports and track remedial actions for closure.
