Job Description:
- Responsible for supervision on the shop floor in Test Field.
- Responsible for managing and scheduling the shop floor activities for capacity utilization.
- Responsible for handling the customer inspection.
- Responsible for handling and resolving the technical queries during testing and inspection.
- Responsible for coordination with internal and external parties for smooth production and turnover.
- Responsible for maintaining the good IR on shop floor.
