Job Description:
- Software knowledge- Unigraphics UG NX 7.5
- Scope of Work – Modeling, Drafting, Assembly
- Part Molding, Design and Development of the component
- Along with2D/3D CAD Data , and Assemblies , Machine Design & mechanical Engineering Design Works using Unigraphics, Creating Material Master & BOM and help in production in shop floor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Study Market Brief & Preparation of Design Indent.
- Carry out mechanical design (Design of shaft, bearing selection)
- Preparation of Concept Layout & Detailing of components, Process Drawings.
- Preparation of BOM (bill of material,)
- Preparation of Design Documentation (Quality Plan)
- Proto-building activity (Assy, Testing & analysis)
- Assisting in vendor development.
- Visit to site to attend the complaints, whenever required
- Solving production related problems
