Job Description:
Identification of capable supplier base & develop them as per Schneider Reqt using various tools. Qualification of suppliers based on SAM audit process, Negotiation with supplier wrt Total cost of ownership (TCO). Contract management with the supplier & ensure smooth supply of quality parts with right qty as per scheduled time.
Industrialization of Metal Stamping Tools at suppliers place & optimum process establishment. Periodic technical audit of all Schneider Tooling at supplier place & validate tooling condition. Tool Design & manufacturing expertise.

- Development of strong supplier base capable of supplying good quality parts as per committed schedule.
- Part Supplies qualification and having good parts flowing thru the product realization phase.
- Development of quality parts with Suppliers with optimum cost.
- Drive Purchasing Productivity, Supplier Concentration initiative & achieve targets.
- Compliance on ROH’s & REACH directive as per Schneider Guidelines.
