Responsibilities:

• Handling Voice calls from India Customer’s.
• Solving Technical Queries of customers related to UPS and batteries of APC by Schneider.
• Registering complaints of customers using Intouch and Salesforce (CRM) applications.
• Interacting with different department involved for the complaint resolution.
• Co-Ordination with service planning and escalation team for faster resolution.
• Offer technical troubleshooting to the customers.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (Operation 24×7)

Interview Process: Written test (Aptitude & Communication), Followed by a F2F interview.
