Qualification for Sartorius Recruitment 2022:
- Technical degree/diploma in engineering in electronics /electrical
- 0 to 2 years of proven service experience of analytical equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, service and calibrate technical equipment
- Conversant with SAP E1P system is mandatory
- High customer orientation
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills in Excel
Job Description:
- Provide service and customer support during inhouse visits or dispatches
- Manage all inhouse servicing, repair, maintenance and calibration tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed calibration reports and dispatch it to customer
- Ensure the timely and correct documentation of lab processes
- Ensure data entry in SAP system and provide quotations and invoices to customer
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and customer to ensure closure of pending payments
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
- Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file
