Eligibility Criteria for Sapiens Recruitment 2023:
- 3-5 years experience as a performance engineer
- 2+ years’ experience with JMeter testing tool
- Proven experience in SQL server database
- Experience with Linux platforms including monitoring
- Experience with web technologies and architecture
- Experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics APM and SOAP UI tool – Advantage
- Experience with OctoPerf testing tool -Advantage
- Ability to travel according demand (Approx. 15% of time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Define performance testing strategy for Sapiens applications
- Implement and maintain performance testing scenarios using different languages\tools
- Perform root cause analysis for performance issues at both Labs and Customer’s deployments
- Identify performance tuning opportunities and remediation options
- Collaborate closely with Dev and Service organization to communicate findings
- Produce performance summary reports and communicate with project stakeholders
Skills:
- Capable of working independently, highly motivated and organized
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drill down into results and complete deep dive root cause analysis
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to learn new tools & technologies quickly
- Proactive and initiative approach
- Ability to multi-task and juggle between several projects
