Eligibility Criteria for Sapiens Recruitment 2021:
- 0-3 years of experience in implementation (requirement gathering, & gap analysis) of a business application in any domain – Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing.
- Good conceptual, analytical, mathematical skills
- Strong techno-functional orientation, with understanding of IT Landscape, Object Orientation, multi-tier Application, Database Design & the readiness to understand business processes, interesting calculations, SQL queries
- Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system functionalities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- MBA with B.E (or equivalent), CA (or equivalent).
- Good learner and self-starter, and a team player, ready for the next challenge – wherever it may be.
- Any Insurance Certification – will be preferred
- Experience in insurance, esp non-life insurance and exposure to a policy admin system- like IDIT/Policy400/Genesys/E-Bao Tech / FirstGen/Premia/INGENIUM/ALIS/Life-Asia – will be preferred..
Job Description:
- Participate in the implementation of an enterprise application for insurers
- Understand the business requirements, to do a gap analysis with the application, to identify solution approaches including design approaches, and finalize these with the users
- Act as a liaison between the customer business users and the project development and testing team
- Configure business rules, calculations and formula using an object-oriented rule engine.
- Design and execute test cases to verify the user expectations in real-life
