ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- SaaS cloud delivery unit’s key responsibility is to manage and operate various cloud products running on HANA Database for our global on demand customers.
- SaaS Cloud Delivery India is a key location responsible for Operating SAP’s SaaS Cloud Products.
- Team needs to ensure the various Productive landscapes are running well according to agreed SLAs.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Own and handle operational tasks like incident management , system installation & , upgrades etc.
- Working closely with Internal/External Stakeholders, Development Architects/Managers & developers, across locations, to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate and contribute towards organization’s goals and objectives, collaborating with multiple teams and solutions.
- Experience and exposure to Cloud Operations is advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Around 1+ years of overall software support/operations experience, with a successful delivery track record.
- Fair knowledge and experience in operating/administering SAP system – Basis/Netweaver experience
- Reasonable Database and OS knowledge, HANA experience would be an added advantage
- Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM. Operations process knowledge is an advantage
